Cozy stay with lovely breakfast
We had a nice time here! The Moet et Chandon room was super comfy, and the staff were really friendly. The full English breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Only bummer was the lift was out, and we had to trek up 66 spiral stairs to our room. a memorable stay!

the bathroom was kinda small, and the lift was outta order during my stay which was a hassle. also, some noise from the streets at night but it wasn't too bad.

Loved the stained glass windows and unique atmosphere. Dining meals were delicious, especially the themed dinners. The lift was out of order during our stay, which made things inconvenient. Would stay again if that gets fixed soon.

The moment I walked in, I felt right at home with a warm welcome and a lovely clean room that had stunning stained glass windows. The hot shower was a treat after a day out, and I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge with soft music. Just a heads up, parking is a bit of a trek, but honestly, it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Charming room with free drinks. could use better soundproofing between rooms.

The stained glass windows are a touch of character, providing a unique visual flair that sets a cozy tone. The layout of the Deluxe Double Room is spacious and inviting, creating a decent environment to unwind.
The window fit is questionable. they don't close tightly, leading to drafts that can make the room feel chilly at night. The TV remote doesn’t always cooperate, making it a bit of a hassle to find something to watch. The overall furniture arrangement feels haphazard, missing that cohesive 'boutique' vibe it aims for, and the wifi can be spotty, leaving you disconnected when you want to relax after a long day.

Unique stay with friendly service
I enjoyed my stay in this beautifully converted hotel that retains the charm of its old church origins, complete with stunning stained glass windows. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided helpful local tips, making my trip to Shrewsbury even better. The comfortable king room had a unique character and great views of the surrounding area. One thing that could be improved is the availability of additional dining options nearby.
